How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?

+
iCare Aircon charges a flat rate starting at S$50 for one fan coil unit, S$55 for 2 units, S$70 for 3, S$85 for 4, S$100 for 5, and S$115 for 6 units. No hidden fees or surprise gas top-up charges.

How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?

+
With Singapore's year-round humidity above 80%, we recommend servicing every 3 months for daily-use units and every 6 months for light-use bedroom units. Delaying beyond this typically leads to drain blockages and mould buildup that require a more expensive chemical wash.

What is a chemical wash and when is it needed?

+
A chemical wash uses specialist solvents to dissolve mould, biofilm, and hardened dirt that routine servicing cannot remove. You should book one if your unit smells musty even after servicing, drips water persistently, or has visibly blackened evaporator fins. Our NEA-certified team handles all chemical waste disposal responsibly.

Which areas of Singapore do you serve?

+
We cover the entire island from our Jurong West base. Areas including Tampines, Woodlands, Punggol, Toa Payoh, and Marine Parade all receive same-day emergency response. Routine bookings are confirmed within minutes via WhatsApp.

What aircon brands do you service and install?

+
We are authorized service partners for Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, and Panasonic, and also service Toshiba, LG, Midea, Sharp, and York. Our technicians carry brand-specific diagnostic tools and source genuine parts directly.

What does the 90-day workmanship warranty cover?

+
If a problem we repaired or serviced recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we return and fix it at no cost. The warranty covers the specific work performed, not unrelated faults or parts we did not touch.

How fast can you respond to an emergency breakdown?

+
Our dispatch team is structured for rapid island-wide deployment. Emergency breakdowns receive priority response under 4 hours, especially for households with elderly residents or young children. WhatsApp us at +65 3138 2108 for fastest booking.

My aircon is leaking water. What should I do?

+
Leaking is the most common complaint in Singapore due to high condensation load. It is usually caused by a clogged drain pipe, jelly buildup, or a tilted indoor unit. Switch off the unit, place a towel underneath, and message us. Most leaks are resolved in one visit.

How long does a typical aircon service take?

+
General servicing takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes per fan coil unit. A chemical wash requires 60 to 90 minutes per unit, and a full chemical overhaul can take 2 to 3 hours depending on the system condition.

Do you install aircon in HDB flats and condos?

+
Yes. As a BCA-registered contractor, we handle installations compliant with HDB weight limits and compressor ledge requirements. For condominiums, we coordinate with MCST management on approved working hours and access. Landed properties with multi-split or ducted systems are also within our scope.
